Adjective Clauses - Final Unit Exercise

Questions Each of the following exercises has two short paragraphs. Read each paragraph. Next to the paragraphs is a short sentence. The sentence needs an adjective clause to clarify its meaning. Use information from one of the paragraphs to create the adjective clause and rewrite the sentence.

Bill wrote a letter to Karen. He told her that he had found a new girlfriend and didn't love Karen anymore.

John wrote a letter to Karen. He was very happy in New York. He had a good job and invited Karen to come visit him soon.

Maria bought a new car. It is very comfortable and gets more than 30 miles per gallon of gas. She is very happy with her new car and its good gas mileage.
