Math and Taxes, page 97, the top four lines should read

Tax from Table 1 ($260.15 + 28% of excess over $1341)
Tax = $260.15 + 0.28*(1503.84 - 1341) = 260.15 + 45.60 = $305.75
Total Tax Withheld = $25.38 + $305.75 = $331.13
Thus, the net income is $1750 - $331.13 = $1418.87

page 112 Example 2, Solution: Part (b) should use 60.75 instead of 60.25 in two places.

page 113 Example 5: Parts (a) and (b) are reversed from the answers.
