- Microsoft Windows Client Operating System.
You'll get hands-on experience installing and configuring Windows Vista.
The curriculum is online, through Microsoft's
IT Academy
(no books to buy!),
but we have lecture and lab, too.

- Desktop Support I: Supporting Users of Microsoft Windows XP Professional.
This class is self-paced using an online curriculum offered through
Microsoft's
IT Academy.

- Desktop Support II: Supporting Applications Running on Microsoft Windows XP Professional.
This class is self-paced using an online curriculum offered through
Microsoft's
IT Academy.
I am also an instructor
in the
Work Experience Program at Ohlone.
Students who are required to complete an internship before being
awarded a certificate or degree can do so through this program.
If you are taking a Work Experience class, make sure you know the
deadlines
for turning in the required forms.
