CLASS INFORMATION:
CNET-161A is Desktop Support I and CNET-161B is Desktop Support II.
The classes are taught through the online Microsoft IT Academy
and are self-paced, so what you need to do is come to the
MANDATORY orientation, September 3, 7pm in HH-118,
then do the work at your convenience during the semester.
There are two sections of each class:
CNET-161A-01 (037852) and CNET-161B-01 (037854) start September 2;
CNET-161A-02 (037853) and CNET-161B-02 (037855) start October 28.
All go through the end of the semester.
COURSE DESCRIPTION:
These courses provide students with the knowledge and skills necessary
to support users of (I) the Windows XP Professional operating system,
and (II) Microsoft applications that run on Windows XP Professional.
Together, they will prepare the student to take Microsoft's
Certification Exam for MCDST.
