A Self-Evaluation is a typed essay, two to three pages in length, describing your learning experiences and assessing your success in accomplishing your objectives while enrolled in Work Experience Education. This is to be submitted to your instructor on or before the last day of instruction for the semester.

Answer the following questions in your paper:

What were your learning objectives?
How were they going to be achieved?
Were the learning objectives achieved?
If so, how well?
If not, why not?
Did this experience improve your job skills and work efficiency?
If so, how?
If not, what was needed?
Did this experience help develop your career objectives?
Were your chosen Learning Objectives valuable in clarifying your career objectives?

IMPORTANT:

The report heading must include your name, your instructor’s name and the date.
The report must be typed/word processed and double-spaced.
A copy of your Work Experience Performance Agreement must be attached to this assignment.
