The Ohlone College Board of Trustees meets twice a month (second and fourth Wednesdays) except June, July, August, November, and December.
Minutes from meetings are published after they have been approved (which is usually at the following meeting). Board meeting documents for the current year and the full previous year are published online. Contact the Board Support/Coordinator if you have questions.

Ohlone College Meeting Locations
The Ohlone College Fremont campus is located at 43600 Mission Boulevard in Fremont just south of the Washington Boulevard intersection and the Mission San Jose. Highway 880 exits to Mission Boulevard at Warm Springs, a few miles south of the College. Highway 680 exits to Mission Boulevard a few blocks north of the College and a few miles south as well. Directions.
The Board Room is in the Child Development Center, which is located between parking lots H and K on the Pine Street (south) side of the Ohlone College campus in Fremont. Fremont Campus Map.
Afternoon Board meetings on the Fremont campus are held in Jackson Theatre in the Smith Center. Fremont Campus Map. A parking permit is required to park on the Ohlone campus. A Daily Parking Permit must be purchased for $2.00 (8 quarters recommended; more info) by visitors, guests, and students without a Semester Parking Permit. Daily Parking Permit vending machines are located in Lots C, D (two machines in this lot), H, M, and P. More parking information...
Board meetings held at the Ohlone College Newark Center may vary in room number. Room number information is included in the meeting schedule above when it is available. The Ohlone Newark Center for Health Sciences and Technology is located at

Televised Board Meetings
Board meetings are recorded for broadcast at a later date, they are not televised live. Each Board meeting is televised that same week on Ohlone Network Television (ONTV) Channel 28 at:
- 7:00pm on Thursday (one day after the actual meeting), and
- 10:00am on Friday (second day after actual the meeting)
ONTV is a cable television channel (Channel 28) available to cable customers in the cities of Fremont and Newark, California.
