Technical Requirements

Windows 2000/NT/XP/2003

• Internet connection -- 56K Dial up or faster*
• An Internet browser --Internet Explorer 6.0 or higher, Netscape 7.2, Mozilla 1.6, or FireFox 2.0

·Up-to-date software patches and add-ins, including:

Sun java ( http://www.java.com)

Macromedia Flash Player ( http://www.adobe.com )
Adobe Reader ( http://www.adobe.com )

• Cookies, JavaScript, and Java Enabled
• Processor – Pentium -class or higher
• RAM - 32 MB (64MB or higher recommended) Note: Windows XP and Vista require much more, this is only the minimum the services require.  Recommend 512MB or more for XP, and 1GB RAM for Vista systems.
• Display settings - 800x600 resolution (1024x768 recommended) at thousands of colors
• 16 bit sound card
• Mouse
• Speaker or headphones
• Windows Media Player 8 or higher

Broadband connection is highly recommended.

Mac OS X, and Above
