eCampus Calendar, Summer 2012
May 1st, 2012 LAST DAY TO ORDER SHELLS FOR SUMMER SEMESTER 2012*


Order your shells by filling out the Course Request Form at the following link:

Faculty: Remember to include any special requests in this, such as:
1. The name of the courses and which content you want rolled over a
2. Whether you want specific sections you combined.
Once sections are combined, this cannot be reversed.
This URL is always available, so feel free to order your shells early!
*Shells= Web Enhanced, Hybrid, and Fully Online Blackboard Courses

 

May 21st, 2012 The eCampus will automatically make backups of all the Spring 2012 courses inclusive of student info and course content.

 

May 29, 2012 The eCampus will automatically reset all Spring 2012 courses – (remove current student information and course work.)
Last day you can access your old course (s) is May 28, 2012

 

May 2nd, 2012 All new and/or rolled over shells will be available for faculty to redesign and/or modify their virtual learning environments.
IF YOU ARE ROLLING OVER YOUR OWN COURSE CONTENT NOTE YOU CAN DO THAT ONCE YOU RECEIVE YOUR EMPTY NEW SUMMER SHELL.

 

June 4, 2012 Last week for the eCampus to be available for "Course Content Help." Course content includes file uploads, html broken links etc.

 

June-4 to June 15, 2012 The eCampus is focused on troubleshooting student and faculty Course Management issues.
