Symphony Orchestra
The Ohlone Symphony Orchestra (formerly the Ohlone Chamber Orchestra) opens its seventh season under the direction of Larry Osborne with rehearsals beginning on September 2, 2009 at the Centerville Community Center at 3355 Country Drive in Fremont. Rehearsals for the 35 member orchestra begin at 7:30 pm and end at 9:30 every Wednesday.
The OSO concerts for the 2009-2010 Season will be performed at the Gary Soren Smith Center for the Fine and Performing Arts on October 18 at 2 pm, March 7 at 5 pm, and on May 16 at 2 pm. The Ohlone Symphony Orchestra has openings for college or experienced players who play violin, viola, cello, or trumpet. For information, please email hornfest@aol.com or email the Music Department.
